La prueba comprenderá 9km en los cuales se dispondrán los diferentes obstáculos que tendrán que superar los corredores.
Terrenos muy diversos, con diferentes desniveles esperan el próximo día 8 de diciembre a nuestros atletas para ponerlos a prueba lo que, unido a los diferentes obstáculos, supondrá un gran reto para ellos. Como en otras ediciones, se podrá disfrutar de pruebas de todo tipo, desde muros en sus distintas modalidades como cargas, subida de cuerda, combos de suspensión, poleas, alambradas, peg board doble, equilibrios, etc. De esta manera, los corredores tendrán que dar todo de ellos mismos para demostrar que son los mejores en cada una de las disciplinas (fuerza, resistencia, agilidad…) marcada por los diferentes obstáculos.
En definitiva, una de las mejores formas de terminar la temporada en una de las carreras con mejor acogida en el panorama nacional.

My weight loss journey has been with a lot of ups and downs, criticism, mockery, emotional breakdowns, health issues.

The journey isnt easy specially if you have PCOD & eating disorder. There has been a lot of Question & and answer people ask me like..
How you managed to do it?
How did you find the motivation?
What's the key to lose weight?

Here's a secret... Who doesn't want to stay fit and look good??? Everyone. We all have that desire. Then where we going wrong??? "I'l start eating healthy tomorrow"
"I wont eat rice for a week"
"Il be regular at gym from tomorrow"
"Il avoid all the outside food"
"Il start having fruits"
"Il get up early for walk" etc etc

SOUNDS SIMILAR??? This is the problem. How can you expect to change everything overnight? Change takes time. Habit takes time.

I understand hard work is required in everything you do no matter what is it, but I feel the first and foremost thing which is required is CONSISTENCY... If you're not consistent you can't even stay motivated. It's fine if you are taking single step everyday. Just keep going. EVERYDAY. One change at a time.

You can start with the easy things-
- Drink 1 glass of water everyday before meals
- Chew your food slowly
- Avoid fried things/ junk food
- Start walking (start with 15min)
- Include 1 fruit in your day preferably banana (easy to carry, tasty & my favourite 😉)
- Be grateful for at least one happened in your day

Again...ONE AT A TIME. Step by step😍

Don't try to do soooo many things at the same time as it would be difficult, then you would do it for some days and then you'll leave it. Better choose one thing that you think is doable and then keep on adding other things.

This is a long cut I know but think...would you like to be 10 kgs lighter by end of six months or 2 kgs lighter in 7 days which you can easily gain back???? Hope you get my point. Do little but be consistent 🤗🤗

Nutrition can certainly be a complex topic, but there are certain principles that we just don’t need to overthink. Here are some “fast facts” put together by @cheatdaydesign to help you stop over-complicating your eating.

1. The frequency you eat doesn’t matter. One meal or five will have the same affect at the end of the day if the food is the same.

2. If you want to lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit. How you get into a deficit will vary, and maybe there are some obstacles in your way, but it still holds true.

3. Drink your water. It’s important for pretty much everything.

4. There is no food you CAN’T have. Restrictive diets that tell you that you have to avoid certain foods are not worth following.

5. If your goal is weight loss, you technically don’t need to worry about your micronutrients, but they are very important for your overall health.

6. The exact way you split up your fat/protein/carbs depends completely on your lifestyle and needs.

7. See number 1. You can split your meals up however you want, whenever you want.

8. Don’t be afraid to eat fat. Women, eating enough fat is especially important for dem hormones.

9. If you went keto and lost weight that’s great- but it’s not magic. Keto put you in a caloric deficit.

10. No matter your goals, you don’t have to count your calories or track your macros. It can certainly help, but it’s not a necessity.

I eat Grill’d every week⁣...

I also eat chocolate most nights. And ice cream when I feel like it. I love hot chips and can’t resist a Coke on a hot day. I also like salad and roasted vegetables. ⁣

I love F45 and going to the gym. I love walking and getting lost just to walk some more. I also like getting a massage and going to bed at 9pm.⁣

Some days I only eat plants. And some days I eat two cans of tuna and a beef burger.⁣

Healthy living and eating is simple. Eat food, not too much and mostly plants. Eat foods you enjoy and foods that nourish your mind, body and soul. Move your body in a way it loves. Rest when you need. Don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be. ⁣
